After decades of working within real estate and witnessing the challenges many vendors face when selling their homes, Julie recognised the need for an independent advocate who works solely in the vendor’s best interest. This vision led to the creation of SPACE. a business built on clarity, strategy, and genuine client support.

From selecting and managing the right selling agent, to advising on presentation, marketing strategy, pricing, and negotiations, she provides expert guidance designed to remove stress and uncertainty from the process. Acting as a trusted intermediary, Julie ensures her clients feel informed, supported, and confident in every decision they make.
